- BCP (Securing a water supply lifeline in the event of a disaster as well as normal times)
- CSR (Water supply service to local residents nearby in the event of a disaster)
- Safety (Water supply with stable water quality by using membrane filtration technology)
- Economic efficiency (Reduction of public water bills)
