What is the ARISE Network Leaders Meeting (NLM)?
Join us for the next ARISE NLM on 26 June 2024. Following the success of our previous gathering on 25 April 2023, where Network leaders from 16 ARISE Networks, global ARISE Board members, and UNDRR regional office ARISE focal points came together, we are excited to reconvene.
Time: Manila 2pm - 3:30pm | New Delhi 11:30am - 1:00pm
Why is the NLM important?
During our last meeting, participants forged a collective understanding of progress against commitments and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), shared experiences, and laid foundational groundwork for future endeavors. Notably, discussions resulted in the establishment of the Global Board Election Committee, solicited feedback on the Network Startup Toolkit, and delved into strategic orientations for 2023. One significant highlight was our deliberations on securing ARISE participation in the High-Level Meeting of the Midterm Review of the Sendai Framework (HLM MTR SF), a pivotal event shaping disaster risk reduction efforts globally.

Step 3: Include it in your calendar because it will have a unique link, passcode, and ID for you to enter the meeting.
