AGERCA-Alliance pour la Gestion des Risques et la Continuité des Activités is the focal point for ARISE Haiti and the Connecting Business Initiative.
AGERCA is the focal point for the private sector and civil society within the National Risk and Disaster Management System (SNGRD) coordinated by the General Directorate of Civil Protection (DGPC).
The mission of AGERCA is to :
1. Encourage businesses and civil society communities to identify the risks to which they are exposed and see effective solutions
2. Promote good practices in DRM and coordinate the response of the private sector and civil society in the event of a disaster or crisis

Voluntary Commitments
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
