This business continuity planning miniguide for the retail and tourism sectors, developed by UNDRR, the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, and Barcelona City Council, is a practical tool designed to help SMEs strengthen the resilience of their business operations. It provides a concise, step-by-step guide tailored for retail and tourism SMEs in Barcelona to develop their own Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), based on UNDRR’s global guidance on Strengthening Disaster Resilience of SMEs through Business Continuity Planning.

The guide is available in Catalan and Spanish with templates appendices to help SMEs develop their BCPs.
