This miniguide, developed by UNDRR, the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, and Barcelona City Council, provides a step-by-step guide for SMEs in the tourism and retail sector to develop and conduct crisis simulation exercises to test their disaster preparedness and to update their business continuity plans (BCPs).

It is available in Catalan and Spanish with template appendices to help SMEs plan their crisis simulation exercises.
