Mr. Joan Lluis Quer is a Civil Engineer and holds a master’s in Business Administration from IESE. He joined Institut Cerdà in 2016. He has wide ranging experience in top level management of both public and private companies in the infrastructure, engineering, transport, and environmental sectors. He has expertise in integrated management of public-private collaborative projects. He has been president and CEO of Infrastructures company of the Government of Catalonia, CEO of the AudingIntraesa Group, and General Director of the Catalan Water Agency.
