ARISE Argentina

Launched in 2021

From the paradigm shift that meant the creation of the National System for Comprehensive Risk Management - SINAGIR - at the end of 2016, national legislation officially incorporates the private sector as one of the pillars of Risk Management. From this new process, a group of institutions and civil society companies committed to DRR, creates a working group in 2020 to formalize a mechanism to contribute with the different levels of the state and other stakeholders to create more resilient societies. This group, made up of 7 members, gave birth to the ARISE Argentina Network as of June 23, 2021.
